Scope & Commercial Agreement
Once the requirements have been established, we prepare a project proposal setting out the agreed scope of work, expected deliverables, estimated delivery timeframe, pricing and other relevant commercial terms.
Before development begins, the project is confirmed through the applicable proposal, Statement of Work, service agreement or other written project documentation.
03. Development & Project Communication
Testing & Technical Review
Before final delivery, the completed solution goes through functional testing and quality review.
This stage is intended to confirm that the agreed functionality operates correctly and that the solution meets the relevant requirements relating to reliability, performance and security.
Any issues identified during the review are addressed before final completion.
05. Launch & Continued Support
Requirements & Project Planning
We begin by discussing the client’s business objectives, technical requirements and expected results.
At this stage, we define the key functionality, project priorities and expected deliverables, while also considering the technologies and implementation approach most suitable for the project.
This provides a clear foundation for the commercial and technical scope of the engagement.
Development & Project Communication
The solution is then designed and developed in accordance with the agreed specifications.

Our Commercial Approach
Devnex Limited provides custom software development and digital technology services under individually agreed commercial terms.
Each project is normally governed by a quotation, commercial proposal, Statement of Work or service agreement defining the scope, pricing and payment arrangements.
Payments are made against issued invoices or through agreed secure online payment methods and may be collected before work begins or according to agreed project milestones.
Our services are delivered remotely, allowing us to work with clients in Hong Kong, the European Union, the United Kingdom and other international markets.
Business Scope
Our activities are limited to software development, technology consulting and related digital services.
We do not provide regulated financial services, operate payment systems, process or hold funds on behalf of third parties, or engage in gambling, cryptocurrency trading, adult content or other regulated or high-risk business activities.
