Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, government measures, labour disputes, major infrastructure failures, internet outages or similar events.

These Terms, together with any applicable proposal, Statement of Work, service agreement, quotation, invoice or other written project documentation, constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the relevant services.

They supersede previous discussions, representations, negotiations or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
